By accessing or using the CardioIQ Fitness mobile app or website, **you acknowledge and agree to be bound by both these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy**. If you do not agree, you may not access or use CardioIQ Fitness.
CardioIQ Fitness is operated by an individual (currently registered as a sole proprietorship). All payments and subscriptions are processed securely through **Stripe**, our trusted payment provider. By subscribing to premium features, you authorize recurring billing as described at checkout. No refunds will be provided unless required by law.
